With the spread of novel Coronavirus, which causes COVID-19 disease, we understand that this is a deeply uncertain and anxious time. We would like to reassure you that the health, safety and security of our people, our customers and any visitor to FlightPad remains our absolute priority. We are very closely monitoring information and guidance from the Government, Public Health England and the University of West London, where our facility is located. Please refer to the current NHS advice for what to do if you think you may have coronovirus.
As of 19/09/2020 our simulator facility IS OPEN. Please note that our new ways of working include changes to the way we provide our services. By placing a booking with us you agree to comply with our COVID-19 policy, the details of which are appended to our general terms and conditions of our services. These procedures are in place to protect you, our staff, and other users of the campus, and we thank you for your understanding. You can read the COVID-19 policy HERE.
The current situation is highly dynamic. FlightPad will endeavour to promptly comply with all published restrictions and guidance. Without exception, whichever is most restrictive of Government advice, Guidance from the University of West London or restrictions published on this website will apply.
We continue to provide online and remote learning/support services.
If you have a current booking, you may rebook your session free of charge at any time.
We fully commit to honouring all purchases and bookings.
We will post regular updates about our service status if the guidance changes.
