NOVEL CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) – Precautionary Closure
With the spread of novel Coronavirus, which causes COVID-19 disease, we understand that this is a deeply uncertain and anxious time. We would like to reassure you that the health, safety and security of our people, our customers and any visitor to FlightPad remains our absolute priority. We are very closely monitoring information and guidance from the Government, Public Health England and the University of West London, where our facility is located. Please refer to the current NHS advice for what to do if you think you may have coronovirus.
As of 8/7/2020 Our simulator facility remains CLOSED with simulator operations suspended. This is due to access and safety restrictions. We are actively working with facilities services and our own team to establish safe ways of working and hope to be able to recommence simulator sessions soon.
The current situation is highly dynamic. FlightPad will endevour to promptly comply with all published restrictions and guidance. Without exception, whichever is most restricitve of Government advice, Guidance from the University of West London or restrictions published on this website will apply.
Any customer, colleague or visitor must not visit FlightPad. Please comply with current NHS advice.
We continue to provide online and remote learning/support services.
If you wish to purchase a simulator session you may do so.
If you have a current booking, you may rebook your session free of charge at any time.
We fully commit to honouring all purchases and bookings once facilities restrictions are lifted and government guidance allows us to do so.
We will post regular updates about our service status if the guidance changes.
