You will receive instructions to access our booking portal and view live availability after purchasing your FlightPad experience. We cannot guarantee availability on a specific date; though rest assured, all vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, so there will be plenty of opportunities to visit us!

Please note that FlightPad availability is released on a month-by-month basis. This means that we release new dates around the middle of the month for the following month.

Minimum age to fly is 12 years. This is a strict, non-negotiable requirement as set by our location host (the University of West London) due to health & safety requirements on site. There is no upper age limit!

If you are shorter than 4ft 8″, you may struggle to see out of the window.

Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent, carer or responsible adult. We ask that if you are bringing younger guests with you who won’t be flying, there is a second, non-flying adult with you.

For each public simulator flight experience, a maximum of 4 viewing guests can attend. We unfortunately do not have sufficient room in the simulator for more guests.

FlightPad vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

FlightPad is located inside the University of West London St Mary’s Road campus. You can find directions to the campus’ main entrance by clicking here.

The closest London Underground stations are Ealing Broadway (13 mins walk) and South Ealing (9 mins walk). Whilst there is no on-site parking available at UWL, you may wish to park at Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre or South Ealing Road Car Park, both a short walk away from our venue.
